Each Designer/Artist have their own terms of use, you will find them in the zip files with your products.

When you download your product you are agreeing to comply with their terms of use.

Daelman Designs Store will not be held responsible for any loss or damages arising in any way from the
download of any purchased product from Artists and Designers within the store. Although great care has been
taken by artists and designers who contribute to Daelmans Designs Store to make sure that all of the files are
 in good working order, defect-free and virus-free.  Daelman Designs Store cannot be and will not be held
responsible for any problems that may arise.  If you do have a problem please contact the artist ot designer
involved to rectify the problem.

Artists and Designers who contribute to Daelman Designs Store with ANY product available for sale including
all BMS deals and R4R has the right to withdraw and or refund if any error in the pricing of any product belonging
to to the said Artist or Designer becomes apparent.

All sales within Daelmans Designs Store are entirely at the discretion of the Artist and or Designer who contributed.
